Parcel marked as delivered but never received – poor communication

My parcel was marked as delivered on 31 October 2025, but I never received it. When I called Aramex, I was told the delivery truck was hijacked — yet no one contacted me to inform me or explain the next steps.

It’s extremely disappointing that I had to chase updates myself, and there’s still no resolution. I expect either a refund or the same product to be delivered.
