Parcel lost from 2021

My parcel was sent on 29 December 2021 and up to this day the 14th of January l have not received it. The shipment was collected from the drop box and the shipment record was completed. The status is like that up to this day. Noone knows where the parcel is and they keep dragging their feet. The parcel is worth R2500.00 and their policy they say they will compensate up to about R400.00. That is unacceptable service and the recovery team being mentioned is poor in its working condition. I won't recommend such **** service.
