Parcel lost

I sent a parcel from mthatha plaza on the 30th of November 2022, when I tried tracking it days later it could not be found on the system. They keep telling me about an investigation they're conducting and up to this day there nothing about this investigation. They never call to update me, I keep calling and they keep telling me they're not getting any response from the agent. I'm so tired of them. DO NOT USE ARAMEX if you want proper service and do not want to lose your stuff.
