Parcel Lost
Dropped parcel off in DropBox, 01/11/2015. Was meant to be delivered on the 03/11/2015. Been a week now and no one has any idea where my goods are and are refusing to provide feedback. Client Relationship managers are making empty promises of returning my calls and none have come back to me. Call Center agents are useless at providing any feedback. All managers are in meetings and training and never available to answer. I have no lost 1 week on my delivery and a huge chuck of money.

Pathetic and Useless service - Dont make claims you cannot keep!
