Parcel issues

The supervisor at the Pretoria branch was supposed to call me back this morning about parcel (DBP***) which should have been delivered with my other parcel, but as of yet I cannot even trace the said parcel on your website, it's like it does not even exist. The parcel was sent out on the 2nd all ready, so according to your website I should have recieved my parcel at the lastest today, but yet it's not even loaded on your system. Almost looks like the other reviews on hello peter are not just empty complaints...
