Parcel in transit for 8 dayd

I am very disappointed with the service. Your courier service and your suppose to be help line. I ordered a parcel on the 3nd for my daughter's birthday today. DBP***. It was picked up in JHB drive past Newcadtle to Durban and now parcel is no where to be found. Your opperayers waist my time putting me from one operate to the next.
