Parcel held for two weeks and poor communication

<p>My shipment has been with Aramex since the 28th of April 2017 to date.</p> <p>I have submitted all the required documents and but still. All they tell me is that they are waiting for feedback from customs. The turnaround time lapsed and even after escalation the process is still slow</p> <p>I am not happy with the service at all.</p>
