Parcel get send all over 3 provinces and get told to ignore online tracking

My parcel went to 3 different provinces and still I haven't received my parcel. The concern is Aramex courier the parcel to the wrong depots, and they just send it back. Netherlands to OR Tambo, Sandton, Jhb depot, Durban, Ladysmith, Durban, JHB Depot, Bloemfontein and now in Pietermaritzburg.............How is this possible that you messed the courier up. Now you offline, Facebook you consultant told me i must ignore the tracking. I urgently need that item.
