Parcel from JHB to Cape Town was delivered in Bloemfontein

Very terrible service. My parcel was posted on the 03 March 2020. On Friday I received a call from a women who told me it will be delivered on Saturday or Monday and she dropped the phone without me responding. Monday the 09 March the parcel did not arrived. When I called them they told me the track number belong to someone else and the person ha received the parcel in Bloemfontein. They send me a wrong track number.

Customer Service is very bed, when you call them they jut put aside the phone and keep talking while you listening. They have bed manners. I do not even know if I would ever receive my parcel.
