Parcel from India at Bonded W/house 6 weeks

I have been sent a gift parcel for my daughters wedding from India in May 2015. When I contacted ARAMEX, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Joseph Vilakazi who asked me to send him a letter/Affidavit stating that parcel was a gift. I immediately faxed this letter to him and also personally delivered it to him a O R Tambo. .He said there should not be any Duty as the parcel was a gift. Two weeks later my Parcel is still claimed to be at ARAMEX Bonded warehouse awaiting Cusoms Cleasrance.I then spoke to a very friendly lady by the name of Puleng at ARAMEX Pretoria who told me that it was a Friday and the package should be delivered to me on Monday. When this did not happen, I contacted Mr Joseph Vilakazi by email and he rep**** me a few days later that I should now request for an invoice for the items in the gift package. I earnestly requested the sender to email me an Invoice for this items which I emailed to Joseph. When I contacted him again he claimed that he would now ty to release the Package but thinks that Customs may not accept the Invoice as the items on the valid invoice were hand written. I am now of the opinion that the Parcel is misplaced by ARAMEX
