PARCEL FAILED DELIVERY

I have sent the package for delivery last week even today my package is not delivered no proper communication parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday as per their comms but nothing even today day is over no communication or whatsoever. With this i have lost thousands as this parcel was part of my day to day business. i ran two weeks at a loss due to bad service i will never again worse no contact to use to query about this you just have to wait like stupid
