Parcel "express"

Dropped package off at PnP before 12:00 on the 3rd, was promised next day delivery. On the morning of the 5th still not delivered, impossible to get hold of anyone, no-call center number, their chat and watsapp services do not work. Eventually someone rep**** to an email and advised they can only deliver on the 6th, I advised that is too late as the person receiving would have left by then. Requested a re-rout to another address, was ignored and the parcel was delivered on the 6th after the person who was supposed to receive the parcel has left. Still no response to my re-rout request. Terrible service!
