Parcel dispute

I don't know any more there no justice in South Africa I tried complaining multiple times to aramex and tried calling Sars no response aramex provides wrong information my parcel in transit for 12 days I have provided all necessary documents and they still refuse to send out my parcel they claim my parcel is not the correct value but can't provide any proof where they based there information from at this point I don't know if can allow my parcels to be handled by aramax
