PARCEL DESTROYED BY INCONSIDERATE ARAMEX STAFF!

I arranged a delivery of a parcel through Aramex from Durban to Cape Town via the Aramex economy delivery service.<br> Which meant that the goods would be delivered via ROAD freight to the destination.<br> I had CLEARLY marked that the box not be tilted, shaken or turned upside down because of the EXTREMELY delicate contents.<br> I took the EXTRA precaution of packaging the goods in such a way that even if it were shaken a little bit or tilted slightly, the contents would not move.<br> TO MY UTTER HORROR AND SHOCK, when the contents reached Cape Town, the package was DESTROYED!<br> The box was OBVIOUSLY turned upside down AND it is CLEAR from photos that were emailed to me that it travelled upside down to Cape Town through the entire duration of its journey.<br> I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE STAFF OF ARAMEX ARE SO INCONSIDERATE TO NOT FOLLOW THE FRAGILE AND TREAT WITH CARE INSTRUCTIONS ON THESE PACKAGES.<br> DISGUSTED!
