Parcel delivery tims

My parcel has been with them for over 1 week.. The delivery was supposed to take 2-3 days.. It's been stuck with their driver. I even called polokwane where the item was last tracked.. But now there was no assistance at all. Today it's the 8th day n my parcel is no where to be found.. I'm highly disappointed in this courier service.. You are worse than the post office.. I'm very frustrated as I'm supposed to use the item sent today.. Now I have no parcel or anything.. Called the agent that owns the cars n the lady was plainly rude... She didn't want to help me........
