Parcel Delivery Delayed - Aramex refusal to provide customs duty invoice

My parcel with tracking number: ********** 9054 shipped from the US passed through SA customs 3 days ago (10 August 2016).

I've been struggling to obtain the customs duties invoice so that I can make payment so that may parcel can continue on it's journey to me.

Yesterday morning they said they would send the invoice out ASAP, by 3pm I called again only to be told that the that the lady that does the invoices was not in.

Today, I spoke to the same lady who claims that she can do the invoice but passes me onto a Langton Ncube who indicated that he would send the invoice immediately. Several hours later and nothing has been received.

Most courier companies will charge a processing fee for this service (processing fee plus customs duties). Considering Aramex is delaying delivery of my goods due to their own ineptness I feel the processing fee should be waivered.

You can't charge for a service but then not provide it timeously.

I could have had my parcel in hand yesterday already but will now have to wait until Monday because of poor service received by Aramex.
