parcel delivery delay by a month

I had a parcel sent from Cape Town and it arrived at aramex office in East London in the first week of June. According to the aramex app it was sent to me in Mthatha around the 16th of June. It still has not arrived. Whenever I call, im told it is with the courier company Amo-llyn Transport but when I call, there it says the number does not exist ***). The lady from aramex has been saying that she will email the company and get back to me but up until today i have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails to aramex complaining about the delay of delivery with no response from them. I have also emailed to claim for my parcel- no response. When i called today, the lady was not helpful at all. I asked to be put through to the manager and she put the phone down. I need the parcel for an event this weekend and no one can give any answers. I am fed-up with the courier service of the aramex EL branch
