Parcel delivery constantly slow - JHB
Delivery to Hammanskraal - parcel sent 11/1/16 -- called 14/1/16 @10am spoke to Moadi who very arrogantly said it takes 2-3 working days to deliver a parcel (72 HOurs) I called again at 15:35 as my parcel was not delivered -- Mary says no one told the agent it had to be delivered today -- so Moadi did not even bother <br> <br> ARAMEX HAS BECOME LAZY AND THE CALL CENTRE IS USELESS -- PLEASE GET PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HELP AND NOT AGGRAVATE THIER CLIENTS <br> <br> I on the phone with Aramex at least 3 times a day with parcels not being delivered on time <br> <br> <br>

I have attempted to be in contact with you unsuccessfully, areas that are outside main urban towns and that are classified as regional areas or on forwarding areas do attract an additional day or 2 after the shipment has been handed over through to Aramex,
This specific shipment has been delivered to the customer today at 11:00, the customer has confirmed that he has received his shipment.
