Parcel delivery

Parcel DBP*** was supposed to be delivered yesterday I waited till 13h00 when I call customer service I was told driver called wrong number will get Parcel today 29 Sept I been waiting since morning no call. When I call call center they took my details I requested to be link with the driver no help now another day for the overnight Parcel that I was expecting no one in aramex is helping
