Parcel delivered to wrong adress

Yesterday i have been waiting the whole day for my parcel DBP*** which was out for delivery. 17:47 the status changed to delivery rescheduled. And just suddenly before 8pm it said parcel delivered to Mpho at 13:20. There doesnt even stay a guy with that title near us. Its definitely delivered to the wrong address. Ive been using aramex services for the last 7 years but after this, I rate them low. I want this sorted. Heinrich
