Parcel delivered to... whoever walks past me in the street

On Wednesday, August 31, 2017, I sent a parcel with PostNet Faerie Glen via Aramex to a church in Bloemfontein. The parcel contained a computer, mouse and carry bag valued at around R6500.00. I specified the recipient's name, email address and cell phone number.

Aramex's delivery person however ignored my instructions and gave the computer to someone who signed his name as "Nelson". They claim he works in the garden. A church, however, is a public place, and ANYONE can walk in the garden.

I specified the name for a reason, but apparently, Aramex thinks they can hand their customer's parcels to any member of the public.
