PARCEL DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

I am extremely disappointed in Aramex courier services. I was suppose to receive a parcel on from Pretoria which was send by my Aunt and she made use of Aramex Courier services. When I enquired about the status of my delivery I was told that the parcel as already delivered to 3SAI Military Base and that is not address my parcel was addressed to. Because of Aramex I might have to miss my graduation due to their incompetence as now my parcel can't be found.
