Parcel delivered back To me as the Sender

Aramex is by far the worst courier company ever, I send out an application form which was supposed to be delivered to Department of Health on the 01/12/2019 the closing date for the application form was the 06/12/2019 as per the pamphlet attached it only takes 24 hours when delivering to central locations Jhb central etc, however today on the 19/12/2019 the courier guy calls me and informs me he has a package for me only for my Application form to be handed back to me , mind you the application for the post closed on the 6th of December , the poor courier guy could not even explain to me why is he sending the parcel back to me when I am clearly the sender and not the receiver for the package ! I am so beyond disappointed and now my chances for even getting the job are slim due to the incompetence of someone sending the parcel back to me instead of sending it to the receiver ( Department of Health) I will surely never recommend anyone to ever use this courier company as its the worst ever
