Parcel Delay Twice due to Same Mistake

My parcel was couriered from KZN, went all the way to JHB Gauteng, before being delivered!. This has happened for the second time now. And there's been more than a week delay. When company was contacted regarding the first incident, they advised me that it was by error. So i used them again only experience the same issue!!! Definitely wont be using them again.
