Parcel delay

Dissapointed as my parcel hasn't been released (***). It's like it was send via sea freight. I am very dissapinted with thier poor service. I had to beg to know the amount to be paid and a week later just see the same message that it's on its way to the delivery facility. I phone, emailed requesting that I collect and its falling on deaf ears. They don't update you, you have to be the one phoning or emailing them. Very dissatisfied.
