Pain, misery and will make your wallet lighter

You'd be hardpressed to find a more disorganized, inefficient, ***********, and worst of all expensive courier.

In my short time dealing with them on their Global Shipper business I've never experienced such disinterest in the customer, inability to do the basics, and general lack of any indication of organizational or effective business processes.

* constantly redirecting me to the beginning of the switchboard when trying to speak to a specific consultant who's been emailing me. * spamming me with emails, SMSes, and phone calls for invoices but radio silence whenever I try to communicate with them. * having 5 or 6 people involved in every interaction * extremely expensive. The last package cost me 300% of the value of the items to ship. * inefficiently and incompetence of the highest order * unfriendly and unhelpful employees

Maybe just do us all a favor and close business. You really not adding any value. You bring me nothing but pain and misery on every parcel that goes through your company.
