Paid more for slower service – Absolute rip-off!

Avoid Aramex Global Shopper (AGS) at all costs. I bought a laptop case for R799 on AliExpress and paid over R900 for AGS, expecting faster delivery. Instead, it took over a month to arrive—AliExpress's standard shipping is literally faster and cheaper. To make matters worse, the chat consultants are clueless and don't seem to understand their own company policies or procedures. You’re essentially paying a massive premium for an *********** service. Save your money and stay away.
