Paid alot for fast delivery and still waiting

<p>My parcel was send on the 27 of June..... I paid for a overnight delivery... it is the 29 of June today and I am still waiting for my parcel!!!! I phoned them they said it will be delivered or today maybe tomorrow.... why do I pay a over night if it takes so long?? And we are leaving for holiday tomorrow and the office will be closed I will be at my home.... please how do I get ny parcel delivered today??</p>
