PACKAGES NOT RELEASED/DELIVERED

Aramex is not responding to my emails requesting an update about my 5 outstanding packages still in their care, 3 were received November 2019 and 2 early 2020. What is shocking is, one employees handled 5 packages, 3 were delivered and 2 outstanding. All were paid for with bitcoins, then suddenly Customs cannot accept proof of payment in bitcoins. The other two i was charged penalties, when i enquired it was removed and I also found out a wrong invoice was submitted to Customs that resulted in high custom fees. I have been waiting for more than 3 months now for an update
