****** packages by Aramex South Africa employees

The service at your East London (Eastern Cape) is utterly disguting and unprofessional. My parcel arrived in East London on August 1 and was never delivered to my address. I queried this with your call centre today (August 6) and I was told that the driver was hijacked and only my parcel was ******.

I have been waiting for my parcel and all of a sudden on August 5, the driver gets hijacked. I am outraged. There were other courier services that could have been used, had we known that it is a norm for the East London Aramex office to ***** parcels and claim that the drivers were hijacked.

How am I supposed to recover my goods that your employees have ****** from me. I say ******, as no one has given me a case number for the so-called hijacking.

This has to stop!
