Package undelivered

I am very disapointed in the service I am getting from them. I paid a lot of money for my Shein order, it was supposed to be delivered already. I paid the customer inspection fee on the 7th of December and still no package. They want to panalise me for a mistake that Shein made. This package has a lot of gifts for christmas in it and now I still haven't received it. This is rediculous. I am not getting any feedback from them.
