Package stuck in Customs and Aramex doesn't seem to be able to actually help

Maybe this will help, but I doubt it. I have a parcel that's been stuck in customs for close to 3 weeks now, and I'm really not sure what else I can do to get it moving (if it hasn't been ******). I have been dealing with Justice Moeketsi, who has been polite and responsive via email, but nothing has actually happened to get the delivery out of customs. There appears to be a problem with the Aramex/Customs interface, or it's just a case of nose-picking government employees who get paid regardless of their service delivery. Tracking Number: ***
