Package stuck at aramex Johannesburg holding facility!

According to the aramex tracking app my package was received by aramex in Johannesburg on Monday the 4th of May today is Saturday the 9th of May and I still haven’t received it . They don’t contact me to tell me as to what is wrong I have tried numerous times to call their call centers it’s either it rings unanswered or doesn’t ring at all . I am very disappointed because that package cost me a lot and I am here lost not knowing what is going on . Somebody please help me reach out to them to know the status of my package , is it still Coming or am I never receiving it ?
