package still on customs clearance since 11/22/2016
<p>I have been waiting for a package since 11/22/2016. It has been two months</p> <p>only status is customs clearance. </p> <p>I have sent emails regrading the package. no reponse. I am very unhappy. worst part is that other package have arrived but this on has been TWO months</p> <p>Shipping number: ********** 825</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
We apologize for the delay in delivery and we fully understand how frustrating this may be. However, the shipment is currently held by Customs for inspection. This forms part of the normal import process, and Customs reserves the right to stop all shipments irrespective of the value declared.
Customs is not under Aramex's control and although we facilitate the process on behalf of the customer, they operate independently and is State owned.
Your complaint has been escalated to an Imports Team Senior, and contact will be made with you shortly.
