PACKAGE STILL NOT WITH CLIENT EVEN AFTER A MONTH

Please could my clients get to her as per your SLA. It's been over a month now and she still has not gotten her stuff. Not only is this tarnishing our brand she now wants a refund for the full amount she sent to us and we not willing to pay for items that were sent on time. We want the package to get to her today and no day longer
