Package not moving since clearing customs

Pathetically slow service. Took my package less than a week to ship from the USA to SA, once it cleared customs in SA it it is now just sitting doing nothing. There is no reason for the package to just be sitting now. It has gone through clearance and should have already been delivered to my door.
