Package mistiriously dissappeared

on monday 10/02/2020 I used your aranex services via pnp southdale mall. I was told by the customer service in pnp Aramex services are over night delivery, shop to door. To my suprise on Tuesday my client did not get her package. I thought maybe it was delayed. Wednesday my client told me there's no delivery still. Thursday 13 February 2020 I decided to call their customer service and to my suprise, I was told the package was delivered to someone called Sherri, which my client do not know and never met. How stupid ,careless and ***********!!! I'm actually appalled and disgusted by this satuation. Their customer service could not explain what actually happened. And in fact the lady I spoke to first time she said she will escalate the matter and they will call us. But funny enough no one phoned us. Actually we the ones kept calling them!!! What an inconvinience!!! It's Valentine's Day my client bought expensive gifts for family and now she doesn't have them because of your stupid, *********** driver. And who knows? I'm starting to believe that their drivers they ***** customers packages. If I'm not contacted with a solution I will make sure to open a case of theft and go to midia about this. I will make noise till I get answers. You *****ed the wrong people this time.
