Package missing

I have send a package with aramex drop box. The package is no where to be found and was showing it was delivered in the johannesburg branch. I heard that u cant send high value items with drop box. It is funny they can say there is nothing they can do when your package is gone and wont reimburse you or anything, just package is gone done and dusted. Package was received in johannesburg 21st December 2024 01:26. The package was received, but nobody knows where it is or where it went. They where investigating for 2 and a half months and just saying sorry package is gone and done. Who received the package in johannesburg branch, who delivered the package. A package cant just disappear into thin air. Actions need to be taken because how many customers packages are being lost or ****** like this. Other guy told me that he's kids gift that he send also disappeared in december when it was received in johannesburg branch. I would understand if it got lost with hijack or in between the delivery from our aramex branch till the other one. But this was received in branch.
