Package lost

I sent my parcel which is a cellphone, iPhone 7 on 24 August through Pickn pay drop off in Eesteriver, I waited for days and assumed since it was public holiday that Is why it’s taking long.. I called today which is 29 September and spoke to a lady called Viola or something and she said she will investigate and give me a call back during the corse of the day, she didn’t call. The worst part is that the package cannot even be tracked on their website. I’m so disappointed because I always used this service and this is my first time experiencing this. I keep having anxiety attacks as I read the reviews. I cannot lose my cellphone Aramex has to do something!
