Package has not moved from JFK since the 10th!

My package arrived at JFK on the 10th, and has not moved since! There is no difference between the Post Office and Aramex Global except you pay more!

And the manager is in training all week so I can't speak to her, no wonder the service is so bad!

Disgusting.
