Package gathering dust for more than a month in London

My package has been standing for over a month in AGS London, because they forgot to send it. I have asked several times with no response. Finally they sent it, but are now expecting may to pay full price for the shipping. I have asked several times for a discount, which has been promised but nothing ever gets done.
