Package from Aramex

Ordered a package from Amazon. Package was received in SA. On 27th April package is undergoing customs. No one at Aramex will think to pick up the phone and call me to give my ID number. I had to call on 8 May. On 8 May they said that the package is now cleared and I will revive it by 11 May. Called again on 9 May, call on 10 May and on 11 May , I called again, still no package and still at customs. After the 5th phone call, they will release the package.
