overnight service 6 days later still no parcel
<p>i had a parcel sent to me on monday 27th june on saturday 2 july still nothing, when speaking to a Charne still nothing more excuses from friday everytime a different story even after more than 40 min on my cell we finally got a supervisor confirming that this is not the policy it should be delivred before 24hours but even now still nothing,???????????????????????????????</p>

As per our discussions with you, the delivery was to take place in a area deemed as an outlying area. However this was not communicated to you in a timely manner. We have since delivered the shipment and ensured that the matter is closed off.
