Overnight? Pfft

I am super disappointed in the service that this company offers. Not only does it seem that they do not understand the concept of Overnight, but clearly their staff is ill-trained to assist with queries. I ordered a product from a third party who for some unknown reason chose to use Aramex for delivery. On Monday morning I received the first notification of my parcel being Dispatched, so I thought that it would arrive during the following day (Dec 3) - it obviously did not, and when I phoned Aramex to inquire, I was simply told it was only scheduled for delivery on the 4th of December and that if i have an issue with the fact that it wasn't Overnight (like I was charged for) that I should take it up with the company i purchased from??? Wednesday came and went an still no Overnight delivery arrived. Last night at 21h15 I received this status update: "Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled" Who the hell tries to deliver to a Business Park after standard working hours??

Definitely will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.

Aramex. Where Overnight takes more than 2 or 3 days. =(
