Overnight or 4day +

Recently needed a item delivered so the supplier said they use Aramex,<br> <br> Then I started tracking the number and I see the item was returned as nobody was home,<br> well quite strange seeing as their are always at least 2 people at the property.<br> <br> When I got home I checked the bell and intercom system which was all working perfectly, the morning I was sure to tell all parties that a courier would be coming and that they need to be vigilant. Everyone was on stand-by.<br> <br> Again, parcel could not be delivered. <br> <br> Third day, I got someone to be at the front of the property at all times and wait for the courier. After the day had passed and still no courier I go and check the tracking AGAIN nobody home. <br> <br> Clearly this is either just a blatant lie or they are not at the correct property, it really is a shame that I paid R100 for courier and the driver does not have R5 airtime to call and say I am at the gate or am I even at the correct house!!<br> <br> I emailed them, then whilst on a phone call to with the Trauma unit of the hospital I had to deny the call. <br> Now they go from one extreme to another spam calling me whilst I a Dr on call. Really do not know what to make of this situation.
