Overnight Express is more like 2 days!!

<p>I made use of the Aramex drop box store-to-door to send some stuff from Cpt to Pmb. I dropped it in store well before the pick-up time and anticipated it would arrive the next morning in Pmb. Its now after 12 and the parcel has not arrived and I have not been notified. I called Aramex track and trace only to be told that the parcel is still in transit and they are experiencing freight issues so it will only get there the following day. </p> <p>What is the point of putting contact details on the waybill if you are never contacted? What is the point of ONX if it only gets there a day later? I could have then used a cheaper option like Fastway if I wanted a 2-day delivery time!</p> <p>So my parcel is going to miss the receiver completely, as the receiver was going to take the contents on an international flight tonight!</p> <p>I want a refund!!! </p>
