Overnight Delivery yet to be delivered after 8 day

An overnight (parcel) delivery was shipped to me in Johannesburg from Pretoria at 6:13:00 PM on the 26th of June. Till date, I am yet to receive the parcel. After calling their office 4 times, someone calls me back on the 2nd of July to confirm my address and promise that I will get my parcel on the 3rd. I waited all day without going out on the 3rd without receiving any parcel.<br> <br> On Aramex's website, tracking with my tracking number shows the parcel had been delivered on the 29th of June.<br> <br> 1. I have not received any parcel<br> 2. A staff of Aramex called me to confirm they still have my parcel and will get it delivered on the 3rd.<br> <br> The discrepancy is appalling.
