"OVERNIGHT" delivery takes 5 days!

How does it take 5 days for an 'OVERNIGHT' delivery from Pretoria to Johannesburg? Ive had 3 issues like this in the last month. When i type in the tracking nr, 'data is not found'. Its really frustrating if i pay for a service but the service is poor?? Ive been using Aramex for years, to send my clients their parcels, its just not a reliable way to courier anymore. Im not impressed.
