Overnight delivery takes 3 nights!!!!

My parcel was submitted for delivery on the 03 September 2018, using the overnight option and today, I still dont have my parcel.

I phoned the Johannesburg call centre to be told that the driver didnt have my street address for delivery but wait, they only received my delivery yesterday the 4 September 2018!

So its taken two days for no one, yes not one person to contact me to say they do not have the proper details!

What exactly am I paying for overnight delivery for if it isn't overnight delivery?????
