"Overnight Delivery" still not delivered after 8 days

I sent a shipment from Cape Town to Welkom with Aramex It was sent on 21 May. It is now 28 May and it has still not been delivered. Tracking Number: DBP ********** 9585 I have a customer shouting at me, because Aramex is not doing their job. Please sort this out!
